Neil (and team) completed the work in 5 days, and have done an excellent job. Due to the severity of the damp problem, we vacated the property while the work was done but Neil sent regular up-dates (with photos) to keep us informed. He was polite and courteous, and explained everything that needed to be done. Neil was also very thorough, and quickly returned fix a leaky radiator which had expanded after the heating was put back on.
